Richard Kerschen announces promotions of three executives to senior vice president effective July 1, 2008

Wichita, Kansas. July 1, 2008 – The Board of Directors of The Law Company recently promoted Dennis Kerschen, Doug Kimple and Marc Porter to the positions of Senior Vice President effective July 1. Dennis Kerschen will assume the additional responsibilities for Business Development and Marketing in addition to his current Project Management duties. Doug Kimple will assume the additional responsibilities for Construction Operations in addition to his current Project Management duties.
