Committed to Service
The Law Company is a full-service commercial construction contractor headquartered in Wichita, Kansas. Since our inception in 1959, we have provided pre-construction, design-build and true build services to clients in a variety of industries throughout Kansas and the United States. From our first contract for $9,000 to projects in excess of $100 million, we have now completed more than $3 billion in work.
As a full-service commercial construction contractor, The Law Company has the unique ability to take a vision from planning, to design, and translate that into a successfully constructed project. For design services, we utilize our subsidiary, LK Architecture, which proves to be a unique advantage within our industry.
What Sets Us Apart
We believe success as a commercial construction contractor is how well the client is served, so we strive from the start to really listen to and recognize your needs and desires. It is only then that we can meet your goals.
As a result of our commitment to clients, a major portion of our work is with repeat clients, an achievement of which The Law Company is particularly proud.
- The Law-Pollitt Construction Company, Inc. was started June 26, 1959, by Edwin B. Law and Milton D. Pollitt.
- The company’s first contract was for a $9,000 machine shop.
