Rich Kerschen joined The Law Company in 1965 and currently serves as chairman of the board. Within his role, he provides leadership and management expertise. Previously, Rich worked at the Missouri Highway Department and then served in the military. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Kansas State University.
Rich has been or is currently involved with the following organizations, many of them within leadership roles: Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America, Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Kansas, College of Engineering Advisory Council at Kansas State University, Leadership Kansas, Legatus, Church of the Magdalen, Intrust Bank N.A., United Way of the Plains, Wichita Area Chamber of Commerce, Guadalupe Clinic, Envision, Goodwill Industries, Via Christi Health Partners, St. Francis Regional Medical Center, Catholic Charities, Anthony Family Shelter, Dear Neighbor Ministries & Step Stone, Sedgwick County Mental Health and Substance Abuse Coalition Board, City of Wichita Airport Authority, and Pratt Community College Foundation.
Married for more than 50 years, Rich and his wife have three children and eight grandchildren.
