New facility consisting of two-buildings with four-stories each and a total of 153 guest rooms.  The extended stay hotel and apartments feature either one, two, or three-bedroom spaces with in-room washer/dryers and full kitchens.  Room options are either furnished or unfurnished and can be rented by the day, week, month or year.

Interior finishes include wood-style plank flooring, high-end appliances and large storage space.  Within the complex there is a fitness center, common areas and outdoor courtyard.  Lighted pathways between both buildings are surrounded by lush landscape and designated outdoor cook areas with wood loggia coverings.
