Renovation of the Grand and Patrick Hotels include restoration of the historic look on the exterior of both buildings such as the masonry and the windows.  Individual Tenant Improvements within the Grand and Patrick Hotels were completed for Wells Fargo Office, Regus Office & Business Center, encompas Home Health Office and State Farm Insurance Office.

The Rock Island Depot and Baggage House are listed on the Wichita, Kansas and National Register of Historic Places. Guidelines of the standards required for rehabilitating historic structures were met while restoring the exterior stone and brick, windows, soffits, wood supports and replacement of the roofs.

The Union Station Site Plaza portion of the project features a new vendor canopy, site restrooms and plaza area. The Plaza features concrete bands and brick pavers throughout, numerous planters, three monument signs, historic style light poles, bollards and rough-in for an elaborate projector and sound system at the front of the terminal building.
