Kansas State University (KSU) partnered with The Law Company on two projects.

The KSU R.V. Christian Track project included complete removal and re-build of the existing track surface, asphalt, the concrete underneath and subgrade. With the new subgrade, the reconstruction included new underdrain and storm sewer. The project also added a significant piece of scope with the addition of a very detailed low voltage system that will provide the necessary backbone for KSU Athletics to televise their track meets without running surface cabling. In addition to the track itself, the project includes a new Sports Lighting Package. Also included are some upgrades to the fan access to the track’s seating and viewing areas.

The Tointon Family Stadium at KSU was bid as a separate project to KSU Athletics but was awarded to The Law Company as a change order to the R.V. Christian Track contract. Tointon Family Stadium is the home of KSU Baseball. The current project is Phase I of the overall development of the stadium. The Phase I scope includes a new sideline masonry wall, outfield wall, relocated bullpens, dugout upgrades and fan-zone seating area.
