New Construction of a 72,707 square foot extended-stay hotel featuring 87 studio suites and 16 one-bedroom suites, all of which contain in-suite kitchens. The facilities include registration desk, lobby and business center.  A single-story gatehouse and indoor pool building is located adjacent to the hotel which houses a lobby, offices, meeting room, exercise room, laundry, dining and food preparation.  There is outdoor space on the complex with areas for guest to enjoy barbeque and fire pits.
