Legend Assisted Living & Memory Care partnered with The Law Company to complete a new facility in Irving, Texas, consisting of 73 assisted living units and 18 memory care units.

There are 15 assisted living floor plans and four memory care floor plans; all floor plans include a restroom. Assisted living units include kitchenettes, which are not included in the memory care units. The assisted living common area space includes a library, theater, fitness room, spa, salon, dining room, living room, game room and more. The memory care common area space includes a dining area, activity room, TV area and living room.

There are multiple nurse supply rooms, staff office space, commercial laundry facilities and a full commercial kitchen. Outdoor space includes a landscaped courtyard with fountain, covered front porch area and fenced walkabout area.
