Legend Assisted Living & Memory Care partnered with The Law Company to complete a new 82,912 sq. ft. facility in Broomfield, Colorado.

The facility includes 91 units consisting of several floor plan options for both assisted living and memory care clients. The assisted living common area space includes a library, theater, fitness room, spa, salon, dining room, living room, game room and more. The memory care common area space includes a dining area, activity room, TV area and living room.

There are multiple nurse supply rooms, staff office space, commercial laundry facilities and a full commercial kitchen. Outdoor space includes a landscaped courtyard with fountain, covered front porch area and fenced walkabout area.
