Kansas State University (KSU) partnered with The Law Company for a renovation of the Bill Snyder Family Stadium in Manhattan, Kansas.

The renovation was of the existing Club Level on the East side of the stadium, which included upgrades to restrooms, concessions and installation of a new exterior glass wall. Interior upgrades also included adding a ceiling below the stadium structure on the Main Concourse.

The Law Company team self-performed the framing and drywall along with installation of the millwork, trim, doors/hardware and other carpentry work. The interior finishes incorporate wood veneered millwork, wood-look floor tile, quartz countertops, LED lighting and limestone veneer. Key features include owner-installed KSU football-themed graphics and multiple flat-screen televisions.

At the owner’s request, The Law Company was able to add significant scope to the project as well as maintain the schedule and complete the project on time.
