The Law Company, Inc. is honored to contribute to projects that directly support the men and women who serve our country. With many veterans among our employees and their families, working on military bases holds deep significance.

Led by Dennis Dick and Kyle Palenske, this $17 million project at the National Guard Joint Forces location in Topeka, Kansas, is a testament to that pride. Designed by HTK Architects, the facility includes over 50,000 square feet of office and meeting space to support the operational needs of the Kansas National Guard.

Despite experiencing numerous weather delays, the team maintained steady progress and initially finished ahead of schedule. The project’s efficiency and cost savings allowed the owner to reinstate previously cut scope through a major change order, enhancing the final build.

State representatives visited the site in June, highlighting the strong legislative support behind the project. The Law Company has a longstanding relationship with this base, and we value the continued trust of military, government officials, and project partners in bringing vital infrastructure to life.
