A true design-build project which consists of 101,000 square feet of new construction surrounded by 20-acres of paved parking.  Project includes massive earthwork, large cast-in-place concrete foundations and retaining walls, pre-engineered steel structure, concrete masonry, horizontal pre-cast and cast-in-place concrete seating risers.  This multi-use facility is capable of hosting a wide range of events from sporting events to trade shows to nationally headlined concerts with 5,000 seats (max 7,500 seat capacity depending upon event).

The Law Company received a Judges Choice & Award of Excellence from the Associated General Contractors of Kansas Chapter for this project.
