The Gateway Shopping Center in Austin, Texas, is a regional shopping destination with more than 30 prime retail shops. The Center partnered with The Law Company and others to complete modern updates to its building facades, landscaping, parking lot lighting and signage.

The Law Company completed a portion of the renovations:

• Work on The Container Store included adding a new stockroom space and renovation to three exterior facades with new aluminum-clad metal panels, lighting and signage.
• A new deck at the existing patio seating area for Whole Foods Market was constructed with care under and around live oak trees.
• The Nordstrom Rack store received upgrades to their facade including new paint, masonry and exterior lighting.
