New Courtyard by Marriott is a five-story hotel with 122,700 square feet. The hotel features on the top three floors a state-of-the-art lobby and lounge, 127 guest rooms, The Bistro restaurant and a fitness center.  Amenities on the first floor also include a meeting room and small convention area.

The complex has a parking garage on floor one and two, which is at ground level below the hotel. There is an exterior roof top patio which features fire pits and an outdoor seating area. The project site is constructed on a tight-site with heavy pedestrian and street traffic in the heart of The Aggieville entertainment and shopping district.

The Law Company received an Award of Honor from the Associated General Contractors of Kansas Chapter for this project.
