New 101,143 square foot Readiness Center for the 35th ID National Guard Infantry Division headquarters (Kansas Army National Guard).  Facility contains administrative office space, auditorium, assembly hall, classrooms, physical training areas, men and women locker rooms, arms vaults, and a medical unit.

A 6,282 square foot vehicle maintenance work bay is adjacent to the facility.  Project includes a new North Parking Lot, site work, landscape development and other site improvements.
